Avoid Raising Franchise Fees on Gas and Electric

Local Taxes are deductible from our State and Federal Income Tax, Franchise Fees are not. So why do they exist? Because they avoid the word "Tax." 
It's time to fix this.

Transparency

I've been told all the information I've asked for is on the City's website, but the website is in shambles. Menu Items work on desktops but not mobile devices, or not at all. When you finally find our 10 year plan, budget items are a few words, with no details.
